Design Options For This Garnet Gold Pendant
This design for a marquise shape gold garnet pendant can be created with a few interesting design options. Our designers have put together a few ideas, the objective is to allow you to get maximum advantage of the customization that we provide. Do not limit your imagination to these suggestions. Use them as a starting point to ensure that, you get a truly unique garnet pendant that matches your taste and personality.

(01) Firstly, you might want to order the pendant with a regular bale (loop) for the chain. The pendant design as shown here is a 'slider' and the chain slips through the slot. The slot is clearly shown in the above images. In either case, you can request for a specific slot size for your chain. Consider the size of the chain clasp when, requesting for a loop size for your custom garnet pendant.

(02) You could also opt to exclude the side gemstones on the pendant. This would be a nice plain marquise pendant with all attention grabbed by the center gem stone. This is an excellent option for this pendant design, the center gemstone could be a garnet or any other gem stone of your choice. The large size of the gemstone in this garnet pendant will look equally balanced without any side gems.

(03) If your budget permits, choose the option to replace the side gemstones with genuine diamonds. This would obviously add to the price but the pendant would look royal and stunning. The images show the PG2000 garnet pendant with genuine white sapphires. Diamonds would increase the price tag of your gold garnet pendant but, are an option to consider if you have a higher budget.

(04) If you dare to try the unusual, go for a two tone gold pendant. With this option the entire pendant could be made in yellow gold. White gold would be used just for the rim around the gemstone. You can ofcourse switch the gold colors and have a white gold marquise pendant with a yellow gold border around the gemstone.

Options for yellow or white gold garnet pendants are available. The price remains the same for a white or yellow gold pendant. You can also request for the same garnet pendant with a dull finish. The PG2000 shows a pendant with a high polish finish.

**Pricing And Gem Options For This Marquise Pendant**
The gemstone is a marquise shaped 15x7mm size gemstone. The minimum weight of this pendant is 12-15 grams and the price remains the same for both yellow and white gold. Add 75 U.S$ for the two-tone gold option. A garnet pendant with the two tone gold option, would include white gold and yellow gold in the same pendant.

The price is quoted for the side gemstones being good quality white sapphires of size 2.5mm. If you need genuine good quality diamonds of the same size instead of the white sapphires, the price needs to be increased by another 500 U.S$. You can also choose to have the side gemstones as good quality blue sapphires, rubies, emeralds, yellow sapphires or Tanzanite gemstones. The price in this case increases by just 75 U.S$. The gemstones will be good quality and size 2.5mm rounds.
