A design variation could be made where, the smaller heart shaped center portion
is set with one single heart shaped gemstone. This would make a unique and
amazing birth stone pendant, the gemstone size could be a 6mm to 8mm size
depending on your preference and budget. Another possibility that could interest
you is to have, the entire outer heart shape set with one single gemstone. This
design variation would not include a smaller heart shape inside the main heart.
A heart shaped gemstone pendant of this type would need a gemstone size of around
10mm to 15mm. The price point would make this feasible for only some gems like,
blue topaz, citrine, smoky quartz, lemon quartz, green jade, stabilized turquoise,
